I think the word LOVE is not the right word to use here. Who ever translated this is using a word which is meant to mean LUST.
As those who feel no love for one another should not marry and raise children in a family without love. Love is what causes two people to marry.
I am commenting here to oppose a little bit the first comment. What matters is the reason of the love. Love exist by reason and with that there should be no waste of time for forbidden love relationship b.c marriage contract is supposed to follow next after your love to each other.
